Her Thorns: When Pain Paves the Way for Healing

Whether we realize it or not, how we show up in our relationships determines the health of them. Yet oftentimes, we show up as triggered, bruised, emotionally unhealthy people and expect friendships and relationships to fix us.

I’ve learned, however, when we carry loads of emotional baggage around with us, it can feel like no matter where we turn, pain follows us.

But here’s the good news: Healing is possible. You don’t have to feel chained down by your emotional wounds forever.

I help women who feel stuck in a cycle of pain become an “it girl” and heal their emotional wounds so they can experience healthy, quality relationships with others.

Why Do I Care?

I was her. I was the girl whose painful life experiences left her feeling worthless and disappointed. I carried hurt and pain in my heart like it was my full-time job, and my emotions ran my life. My emotional baggage caused me to show up as a victim in most areas of my life. I couldn’t maintain friendships, I would lose myself in romantic relationships, and the pain even affected my relationship with Jesus.

Eventually, I got tired of being so tired and sought out help. Now, I create content that helps you do the same.

The goods.

Hey friend, what if I told you that you can only be as spiritually healthy as you are emotionally healthy?
